Andrew Darbyshire is a successful Melbourne-born businessman, speaker and philanthropist, with an incredibly inspiring story to share. He founded his software business, PacSoft, in the mid-80's and now has staff and offices in Australia, New Zealand and the USA. He has had extensive small business and public company experience.

Andrew's success certainly didn't come easily, and now through his speaking, he shares with people all over Australia "The Secret to an Extraordinary Life".

Andrew left school at 15, and against all odds, went on to become a qualified pilot and self-made multi-millionaire. He now spends no more than one hour a week on his business, choosing to use his time to inspire audiences with clear and simple strategies for success.

He is a member of the Committee for Melbourne, involved with a range of social cause groups and is founder of Caitlin's Fund at the Howard Florey Research Institute to raise funds for research into child related brain conditions, as well as Caitlin's Retreat a short stay respite facility for special needs children and their families. Caitlin's Retreat, once fully operational, will provide respite for over 360 families a year and more than 5,000 day visits from children from special needs schools.

Andrew dedicates the majority of his time to his philanthropic endeavours.
