The Chutzpah Factory inspires young people to identify what matters to them. Our programs build the skills necessary to transform their passion into an enterprise.
Our goal: to contribute to the development of a workforce for the future, bringing skill and passion together, so that young people can create a life they love - by doing what they love.
Our method: connect young people with the enterprising skills they need for the workforce of the future - whether they become a business owner or an employee . We provide:
- accredited training courses and workshops to build skills and confidence,
- seed funds to give a kick start,
- networks to provide support,
- real-life examples to inspire and
- a process to follow.
An enterprising future...
The world of work is evolving and changing at rapid speed. Young people today look towards a future in which the majority will be doing jobs that have not yet been invented!
A job for life is long gone.
On average, workers now have 29 jobs, work in 5 industries and experience 3 redundancies.
We are currently preparing students for jobs that don't yet exist, using technologies that haven't yet been invented, in order to solve problems we don't even know are problems yet.
Young people need flexible, adaptable, marketable skills to participate in the future economy.
Chutzpah programs offer young people...

Young people who have participated in a Chutzpah Factory program discover a newfound connection with their passion that allows them to see the possibility of their work coming out of that passion. This, in turn, fires up a bundle of ideas, dreams and energy.
